Well...ARMs aren't crafted like the guns of your world seem to be. They are made from Dragon Fossils.

Dragons were one of the three original species that inhabited Filgaia along with the Demons and the Elw...unfortunately, they were nearly wiped out in the war that destroyed Filgaia's ecosystems.

Well...an ARM chooses who can use it. Most of them are passed down as heirlooms like mine.
